You’re someone who loves speaking to people. And that’s the main attribute this company look for. You don’t even have to have experience in the insurance industry, they’ll teach you everything you need to know.

As the Customer Service Advisor, you need to bring that friendly voice over the phone, helping customers who are calling up about renewing their home or motor insurance policy. And being able to deliver that great customer service experience.

Whether you’ve worked in retail, sales or customer service previously you’ve got that desire to be a good customer service advisor, if not, brilliant and want to join a business who can offer you long term career prospects and that friendly working environment. All of which you’ll get working here within this team of 5 based in Kingston.
