Office Administrator

Role Overview & Responsibilities

We are recruiting for a hard-working individual who is interested in a career in our compliance company.

This role will be primarily desk-based in a small but busy office in Withington, near Hereford. Due to the slightly rural location of the role, own means of travel will be necessary.

The right candidate will be required to assist clients with their compliance needs and form strong relationships with our customer base. Previous experience of the Road Haulage industry is not required, but strong aptitude on computers and great telephone manner is absolutely essential.

Daily tasks will include:
- Assisting customers with their tachograph data
- Using bespoke software to help customers remain compliant
- Being the first contact point for drivers' hours compliance (via email and telephone)
- Introducing other products we offer to customers
- Managing Company Social Media platforms may also be required.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £21,000.00-£23,000.00 per year
