Warehouse Operative

Role Overview & Responsibilities

We are now hiring Warehouse Operatives for client based in Thatcham. This is a full-time, permanent position with the opportunity for an immediate start.

The right candidate will have a valid Counterbalance licence and proven experience within a warehouse role.

Shift:

• 08:30am to 17:00pm
• Monday to Friday

Pay:

• £26,000 per annum

Duties Include:

• Ensuring goods are picked/packed in a timely manner taking professional care
• Keeping the warehouse environment clean & tidy
• Following Health & Safety guidelines
• Computer literate to enable managing of various computer based systems
• Manual lifting of goods of various sizes and weight
• Loading/unloading vehicles of products
• General warehouse Ad-hoc duties
• Checking of inbound/outbound goods
• Able to use own initiative and forward thinking
• Understanding of company’s wide ranging products

Requirements:

• Forklift Counterbalance Licence is essential
• Excellent communication skills
• Be able to work quickly and efficiently
• Reliable and enthusiastic team member
