Role Overview & Responsibilities

Align Healthcare Clinic are pleased to announce an exciting new opportunity at a large multidisciplinary clinic based in Bootle, Liverpool.

We’re looking for a talented Front of House Receptionist to work Fridays, Saturdays and Mondays who will report directly to the Practice Manager. This is a long term role and overtime may sometimes be available.

Currently, the clinic offers Osteopathy, Physiotherapy, Chiropody, Sports Massage Therapy, Acupuncture, Counselling, Running Analysis and Studio Fitness Classes, and we have a supportive, knowledgeable and friendly team of 8 practitioners and 6 yoga instructors.

Candidate must welcome, assist and direct patients to the appropriate service, and must have excellent customer service and organizational skills along with a professional and friendly outlook.

The successful candidate will be expected to:

• Manage the practitioners diaries on our Cliniko booking system including the Osteopaths, Physiotherapist, Chiropodist, Acupuncturist, Counsellor, Massage Therapists and Instructors.
• Effective management of the building by conducting regular floor walks and proactively managing any problems.
• Taking phone calls, taking payments, sending invoices, sending emails, completing end of day banking tasks and managing all social media messages.
• Being responsible for opening and closing the building when on shift.
• To be in charge of building cleanliness, including the reception, kitchen and treatment room close downs.
• To abide by a strict confidentiality policy and data protection policy, ensuring patient privacy is always adhered too.
• Completing weekly stock checks and stock ordering.
• Completing weekly room audits and uploading to the system.

The clinic has 7 treatment rooms, a large reception area, a large upstairs studio and a large staff room with cooking facilities. There is on-site parking available and we are also close to bus and train routes. 5 minute walk from Bootle Strand shopping centre. 17 days holiday per annum. Pension contributions. Must hold a DBS (or allow us to process one for you), must pass all safeguarding checks and be able to provide references. 8 hour shifts. Paid monthly.
