Architectural Technician or Technologist

Salary up to £35,000

A friendly and flexible architectural studio in the heart of Cardiff have a new requirement for an experienced Architectural Technician/ Technologist to join their team on a permanent basis.

I am looking to speak with candidates who have 2 to 3 years’ minimum, working in a UK based architectural practice, ideally having experience working on both residential and commercial projects.

Having placed three candidates within the business over the last 6 months, I can say first-hand what a super place this is to work. This is a close-knit team, but they are incredibly busy and winning a number of high-profile projects not just in South Wales, but also throughout London.

Projects are delivered at exceptional standards and projects are varied across both the residential and commercial sectors.

Flexible working is offered as part of the role.

Key skills requirements for this Architectural Technician or Technologist role:

• Strong technical knowledge
• Ideally, you will already have some experience of running projects
• Experience of working across all RIBA stages
• Capable of producing packages of information
• Residential and Commercial experience is a must
• Strong AutoCad skills
• Strong communication skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £28,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
