Student/Graduate Customer Service Representative

Role Overview & Responsibilities

Alba Marketing is a new and thriving marketing company in Edinburgh. We have part time and full time availability.

Due to a client expansion we are seeking for Brand Ambassadors with good communication skills to represent our fun and exciting clients!

Main Responsibilities of a Brand Ambassador are:

• Onboarding and speaking to new customers through field based residential campaigns
• Providing excellent customer service whilst communicating to customers

A bit about you:

• Self motivated and a great work ethic
• Desire to improve both personally and professionally
• Can bring a great attitude and positivity to the team
• Understand the value of building relationships and have a passion for helping customers
• People with good communication skills (have experience in retail or hospitality - not a necessity but helpful!)
