Trainee Manager - Alandas Gelato, Edinburgh

Role Overview & Responsibilities

Alandas is looking for a trainee manager for our Edinburgh branch

Relevant managerial OR supervisor experience is essential.

Must be able to work weekends.

The job role will include:

- Taking customer orders using the till

- Making up customer orders ie scooping gelato

- Making hot drinks (barista training will be provided)

- General cleaning and keeping the shop organised at all times

- Delegating tasks and making sure shop is run smoothly

- Stock control

- Basic paperwork

- Training new team members

- Creating weekly rotas

- Replenishing stock throughout the day

- Working as a team, multi-tasking, and using initiative
