Role Overview & Responsibilities

Role: ServiceNow Developer.

Visa Sponsorship (Skilled Worker Visa) can be provided.

Summary: We are recruiting for a Service Now Developer. The Consultant will need to be highly experienced with hands-on experience in designing and developing solutions, writing and maintaining efficient code using appropriate standards, implementing unit tests, and working as part of a team to test and deploy the code to production.

Skills & Responsibilities:

  • Experience working in an Agile environment and familiarity with Agile ceremonies.
  • Experienced working with Business Analysts and system administrators with hands-on experience creating and maintaining documentation.
  • Have configured and supported ServiceNow features, applications and integrations.
  • Have worked on complex integration as a part of a wider team.
  • Experience with JavaScript within the ServiceNow platform with good knowledge of the Glide APIs.
  • ServiceNow platform Certified.
  • Understanding of Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge, Event, and Configuration Management, and correlated ITSM functionalities in ServiceNow
  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on development experience on the ServiceNow Platform.
  • Exposure to ATF Configuring and maintenance.
  • Have worked on 3rd-line support for incidents and changes.
  • Worked on different techniques and methods in analysing and resolving problems. Have modified existing processes to improve performance.
  • ITIL qualified.
  • Should have a working knowledge of Core Platform, ITSM and HRSD module.
  • Working experience with large-scale organisations or public sector experience would be a plus.

Nice-to-have skills and experience:

  • Working knowledge of the Agile Development process.
  • Understanding of Angular, HTML and CSS.
  • Understanding of Integration Hub.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £40,000.00-£45,000.00 per year

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • MANCHESTER: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Work Location: Hybrid remote in MANCHESTER
