We are looking for an experienced Sales and Marketing Manager to work with the founder of this dynamic new company. The candidate will have a real passion to change the perception of the female beauty industry by delivering messages aligned with positive aging, celebrating wellness, wisdom and the aging process.

It is likely that the candidate will already be facing these negative perceptions and will have first hand experience and understanding of the challenges. Detailed knowledge of online business to consumer sales is essential. We need the candidate to have had in depth knowledge of how to build a subscriber base and then retain those subscribers through social media with experience in the female beauty sector.

Job Types: Full-time, Temp to perm, Freelance
Contract length: 24 months

Salary: £35,000.00-£47,989.44 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Exeter, Devon: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

• online sales growth: 2 years (preferred)
• Sales: 4 years (preferred)
