A day in the life of…

AsFood and Beverage Manager, you will be responsible for Managing all aspects of the Restaurant team, as well as overseeing any events within the hotel. You will maintain consistent standards of service, ensuring guest satisfaction whilst creating a working environment that supports our values.

Based in the Holiday Inn Express Cambridge Red Lion Hotel, you will be part of a small (but mighty!) team of passionate people who know that being the best doesn’t always mean working around the clock.

What do we need from you?

To be successful in this role, you will have previous experience managing large events and functions. Alongside managing a busy restaurant environment, leading a team, creating staff rota's, monitoring stock control, keeping to the company health and safety standards.

About Holiday Inn Express Cambridge - Duxford
