Role Overview & Responsibilities

AForce London is a luxury leather goods manufacturer, working to transform the UK fashion and leatherworking industries, by providing end-to-end manufacturing services. With over 120 advanced machines under one roof, AForce London offers an exceptionally fully factored production service. We are heavily involved in supporting young generations of makers and promoting sustainability within the fashion industry.

We are currently looking for a part-time or freelance Legal Advisor to become a part of our mission as we grow our operation, and cement ourselves as the market leader within the fashion space and sustainability!

Key responsibilities include:

• Assisting Directors in implementing the firm’s visions, plans and strategies as a whole
• Maintaining the organisation’s legal files and ensuring that the working practices are in accordance with its policies and regulations
• Overseeing client and vendor contracts
• Providing advice on legal matters.
• Drafting legal opinions, memoranda, and briefing documents.
• Reviewing legal materials

Skills and requirements:

• In-depth understanding of the court’s legal procedures and government regulations
• Ability to make effective decisions under critical conditions
• A profound understanding of the English language and attention to detail
• Critical thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor’s Degree in Law
• 1 year experience in the law field

Competitive salary. We expect the successful candidate to work 15-20 hours per week.

Salary: Up to £25,000.00 per year
