LOCATION Edgware road, SALARY 24K Annually based on a full time contract

A great opportunity has arisen for an online customer service advisor to work with my clients high end luxury retail clothing offices located in Edgware Road London. My Client are doing very well financially and takes pride on being successful. My client offers and amazing modern working environment with A* list celebrities often visiting the premises. To be successful within this role the Online Customer service advisor will need to have demonstrated strong writing and communication skills and be able to project this fluently. We would love to hear from you if you are passionate, enthusiastic, and always ensure customers are at the heart of what you do. The Ideal candidate will deliver customer service through channels such as email and live chat and ensure the customer journey is smooth throughout.

This role is Monday - Friday with a working pattern of 9am - 5.30pm
