Swimming Pool Field Supervisor

Role Overview & Responsibilities

Adams Pools Solutions is a family-owned company with generations of experience building and renovating thousands of pools each year with an annual gross income of over $50 million.

We are looking for a Swimming Pool Supervisor/Manager with prior swimming pool construction and remodel experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

• Work with coordinators to maintain jobsite schedule and materials for successful completion of project.
• Meet with crew and make sure they understand the scope of the job.
• Oversee and supervise remodel of swimming pool from start to finish.
• Interface and communicate with the customer to provide the best customer service.
• Confirm all the swimming pool construction and warranty work orders are completed on time.
• Report and complete punch list and close-out on swimming pool projects.
• Collaborate with sales team on issues and fixes on jobsite where needed.
• Attend at all construction and company meetings.
• Bring all projects in on budget, in scope, and on time.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

• Must have a minimum of two years, swimming pool construction experience.
• Must have strong organizational and communication skills.
• Must have a hands-on approach to ALL problems and issues that will arise during construction.
• Must be willing to work occasional extra hours when necessary.
• Must have the ability to work independently, as well as with a team.
• Must be detail oriented.
• Must be able to lead people and gain their respect.
• The ability to effectively and professionally communicate with clients and crews.
• On occasion, this position will require some climbing, balancing, kneeling, reaching, standing, walking, pushing, pulling, lifting and from time to time performing physical labor.
• Work is in an outdoor environmental condition.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $78,000.00 - $88,400.00 per year
