JOB TITLE: Aircraft Cabin Cleaner

PAY RATE: £11.95 per hour

LOCATION: London Heathrow Airport

ROLE OVERVIEW AND PURPOSE

Shift pattern: 4 on 2 off - 2 early shift start time 5am , 2 late shift 13pm/13:30pm latest finish 23:30pm (8.5 hours shift)

Working as part of the team cleaning and restocking the aircraft to the high standards required by our customers. You will also conduct thorough security checks of the aircraft, and at all times work in a professional way.

Main Duties & Responsibilities

• Clean a range of aircraft internally including vacuuming carpets, wiping down equipment and surfaces, clean all seats, seat pockets, tray tables and replace damaged magazines
• Security checking of the aircraft in line with the Covert Testing Procedures
• Cleaning and restocking aircraft consumables
• Fold blankets, store blankets and pillows in overhead compartments
• Remove rubbish from the aircraft and make sure that it is properly disposed of
• Work as part of a team and ensure that you have good knowledge of all areas of the operation and aircraft
• Ability to complete assigned tasks in a timely manner while complying with the company’s expectations, rules and procedures
• Assuring the proper handling of hazardous materials, correct use of uniform, safety vest, earplugs, and safety behaviour actions inside and outside the aircraft
• Be professional in appearance and manners towards co-workers, clients and any other person within the airport and work location
• Exceed Prime Flight customer service and safety standards
• Carry out other duties as assigned
