Hotel Receptionist (PART TIME)

Role Overview & Responsibilities

An opportunity to join the team at Aberystwyth Park Lodge Hotel. We are looking for a wonderful, bright, happy person to look after our guests. We offer a warm welcoming environment for all our team members to work in each day. The right candidate will enjoy working closely within a happy team of people in a busy small business environment. You need to enjoy talking with and looking after our customers on a daily basis.

Working 5 out of 7 days. Shifts are a mix of day time and evenings, week days and weekends

Early Shift 07:00 - 15:00

Late Shift 15:00 - 23:00

Responsibilities and Duties

Checking Guests in and out of the hotel and apartments

Responding to Guest email inquiries

Taking guest bookings over the phone

Work with Online agents

Meet expectations of the hotel guests

Meet and communicate with management

Process room sales, Bill checking, controlling monies and Processing payments

Excellent organisational skills

Maintain and tidy reception and all areas.

The most important characteristic we look for in a candidate is the willingness and ability of the candidate to engage with our customers in a positive, friendly and professional manner. Training will be provided to successful candidate.
