Role Overview & Responsibilities

This clinic provides the latest Aesthetic treatments, including Anti-wrinkle treatments, Advanced dermal fillers, top of the range skin-care technology and much more!

They are looking for,

• A proactive, approachable, customer focused individual, a genuine people person with an ability to interact positively with clients and colleagues.
• Someone who is highly organised and focused on delivering excellent customer service.
• You must have a clear and friendly communication style both in-person and over the phone.
• Strong client facing skills to build lasting business relationships.
• You must be calm under pressure.
• Have a high level of organisational skills including diary management.
• Be a trustworthy team player who understands the importance of working as part of a team

You will be responsible for meeting and greeting the clients and making sure they have a smooth client journey.

You’ll answer enquiries over the phone and via email and advise clients on treatments and services.

You will perform treatments to an excellent standard, take bookings and payments, and provide an excellent standard of customer care at all times.

The job role requires,

• A minimum of 2 years experience with a similar role. Minimum qualification of NVQ level 3 or equivalent.
• Punctual and reliable with excellent time management skills.
• An excellent communicator - both verbal and written.
• Ability to multitask in a busy environment.
• Proficient in appointment management with accuracy and excellent attention to detail.
• Understanding the implications of the Data Protection Act and GDPR.

Full Time or Part Time

Salary - From £10 per hour plus 5% commission on treatments and retail.

After completion of probation period - 50% off all treatments and 25% off all retail

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Salary: £10.00-£15.00 per hour
