NFU Mutual’ s Agency in Moreton-in-Marsh is recruiting for a full time Sales and Service Advisor to join our growing team.

The Role:

•  Process general customer enquiries, policy alterations, renewals and introduce new/additional NFU Mutual insurance products and services.

•  Pro-actively establish new sales opportunities by cross selling

•  Introduce NFU Mutual’s range of Financial Services products.

•  Transact business compliantly within FCA requirements and always with a ‘customer-centric’ approach.

What we’re looking for:

•  Individuals who can demonstrate the drive, energy and enthusiasm required to provide a fantastic customer experience to our existing and prospective clients.

•  A confident personality who can work well within a team environment but can also work just as well as an individual

•  Someone who shows initiative and has a “can do” attitude

•  Good interpersonal skills, communication skills, & relationship building abilities.

•  Sales and/or customer service experience is required

•  Previous experience in insurance is advantageous but not essential

•  Minimum of Grade C in GCSE Math’s and English (or equivalent).

•  Full driving license and access to your own vehicle.

•  Full time Monday – Friday 9.00am to 5.00pm. Also first Saturday in September to assist with Moreton Show.

There may, on occasion, be a requirement to work from our sister site in Cheltenham also so flexibility would be required.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: From £23,000.00 per year
