42AD is creating a device that will bring a greater degree of automation to food, by automating food preparation and creation. Our mission is to provide nutritious and delicious food at the touch of a button.

Our engineering headquarters is located in Uxbridge, and we are headquartered in San Francisco. Our team is comprised of highly intelligent and professional individuals.

• Fully functional kitchen with island, two hobs, two ovens and other equipment available if necessary

• Monday to Friday 9-5:30pm with flexibility on start/end time

The role

We have an atypical offering for particularly experimental chefs. The role is heavily focused on developing new menus and producing outstanding dishes within ingredient constraints. More broadly, the role involves the development of a new ecosystem of food. Additional information is available upon request.

What we are looking for:

• Someone who takes initiative, meaning they drive the department forward without considerable external guidance.
• The kind of person who tends to develop a high degree of ownership and pride in their work.
• Someone who can think carefully about the broader impact of their work on other parts of the organisation.
• A strong grasp of basic mathematical concepts like ratios, and experience with Excel spreadsheets would be highly beneficial.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: From £35,000.00 per year
