Role Overview & Responsibilities

Role: Customer Service Administrator

Location: Derby

Hours: 9.00-5pm

Type: Permanent

2fawcett are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Administrator for a business based in Derby. This is a new opportunity for a growing team.

Duties:

  • First point of contact for customers - assist with any enquiries
  • Provide support via telephone, messages and post to clients
  • Process high volumes of orders
  • Handling any complaints and dealing with them efficiently
  • Processing returns
  • Assist with any other ad-hoc administration tasks

You will ideally:

  • Previous experience within a similar role
  • Excellent IT skills
  • Willingness to support the whole team
  • You are confident in communicating professional at all levels
  • Furthermore you are able to prioritise workload efficiently

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: Up to Β£24,000.00 per year
