Role: Customer Service Administrator

Salary: £21,500

Type: Permanent

Hours: Monday to Friday 37.5 hours per week

Hybrid working – 3 days in the office 2 days at home.

2Fawcett are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Administrator for a business based in Burton.

Your main duties will be:

• New partner onboarding
• Managing Incoming partner enquiries (via telephone or PC)
• Partner account management
• Commission and account administration
• Stock control and sales orders
• Partner assistance / query resolution
• Technical support
• Proactive customer care
• Data entry and query resolution

Experience

• Someone with telecoms experience
• Ideally some sales experience
• Understanding of telephone account management
• CRM experience

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £23,000 per year

10% performance related bonus (after successful completion of probation)
