Senior Recruitment Consultant

Salary (DoE): Competitive base salary and commission structure, excellent OTE

Location: Central London

2022 performance examples:

- Typically place candidates into packages worth between £200k - £1million.

- Level of candidates placed include MDs, VPs and C-suite individuals.

- Clients include KPMG, Deloitte, Vanguard Group and other industry leaders.

- The company’s top biller billed £2million last year.

- Last year they placed a role worth £20million and their recruiter fee was £500k.

- Average fee size across the board is £81k.

Requirements:

The company are searching for an individual who have a track-record of hard work, competitiveness and sociable characteristics but also experience in the recruitment industry. More specifically:

- 1+ years’ experience within finance recruitment sector (preferably finance but not essential).

- Previous billings of over £150k per year.

- Proven success stories from previous roles or life events.

- High levels of motivation, resilience and consistency.

- Willingness to socialise and join team activities!

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £28,000.00-£50,000.00 per year
