Trainee Recruitment Consultant – The Opportunity

· Year 1 £40,000 OTE, Year 2 £60,000OTE, Year 3 £90,000+ OTE

· Headhunt the best talent and then establish, develop, and maintain candidate relationships and expertly pair them to the perfect opportunities

· Develop your market knowledge, become an expert in our clients’ markets and be able to specialise in consultancy.

· Driving towards your own sales and targets! Driving towards monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals, opportunities to have multiple promotions within your first year.

· Matching the perfect candidates to the opportunities presented and maintaining the process from minute one until after offer stage.

Trainee Recruitment Consultant – The Ideal Candidate

· Degree 2:1 or higher or preferred B2B or sales experience

· Natural strong communicator with developed people skills

· Financially driven (YOU control your own earnings)

· Intelligent, ambitious, and motivated to succeed and progress your career

· Competitive flair (e.g., sporty individuals who have competed to a high level)

· Charismatic, bubbly, and personable personality with strong communication skills
