Machine Operator

Preci-Spark is looking to recruit a Machine Operator to join our existing team at our Syston Facility, within our press department. The role will primarily involve setting and operating press machines.

What we offer for the position of Machine Operator

• £10.70ph to £11.97ph
• Monthly productivity bonus.
• Training.
• 25 days holiday + Bank Holidays.
• Rotating Shifts (37 hours): Mon to Weds 6.00am to 2.00pm – 2.00pm to 10.00pm, Thurs 6.00am to 1.00pm – 1.00pm to 8.00pm, Fri 6.00am to 12.00pm – 12.00pm to 06.00pm
• Overtime availability.

Requirements for the Machine Operator

• Experience in operating machines would be an advantage but not necessary, as training is provided.
• Capable of working as part of a team.
• Attention to detail.
• Loading and offloading components through machines.
• Willingness to learn and work to procedures
