Acting Chief Registrar of the High Court, Juliana Dube has decried a shortage of manpower at the office of the Administration of Justice.
She told the Parliamentary Public Accounts Committee (PAC) yesterday that as they continue with their efforts to expand services, they struggle to secure additional manpower to cater for their new offices and they have to work with what they have.
Dube noted that this has resulted in the shortage of manpower, especially the court administration personnel.
