MOH CALLS ON BATSWANA TO HELP WITH VACCINE ROLL OUT

The Ministry of Health has called on Batswana with unoccupied buildings to assist the ministry with them as a way of expediting the roll out of the AstraZeneca jab.
The Permanent Secretary in the Ministry of Health, Kabelo Ibeneng confirmed this saying last week that, health facilities around the country were congested with people who needed to take the vaccine which is affecting patients seeking assistance with other services.
The Permanent Secretary thus said that to de-congest clinics, government is engaging private members of the public with buildings to assist government by accommodating health workers rolling out the vaccine.
Social media was awash with concerns that one of the prominent businessperson, Satar Dada’s home was being used as a vaccine site for prominent members of society
