The ministry of education has condemned in the strictest terms the recent seemingly unbridled violence in schools.
In a statement the minister of basic education Fidelis Molao condemned the violence and called for swift punishment for those who take part in the violence given the precarious times of COVID-19 in the country.
Minister Molao recently said learning has progressed well despite some disruptions, after all learners returned to school last week.
He said a few schools have confirmed cases of COVID-19 recently, albeit with low numbers, allowing for learning to continue.
